FREE SHIPPING for all products to NON-RURAL address Nationwide. Please select $3.80 if your address in the RURAL delivery area.

We send out our accessories and parts with CourierPost, which has a very extensive delivery network—because even those in the far reaches of Aotearoa need bits and pieces for their gadgets! We send out orders every weekday, and shipping generally takes one to two working days and rural addresses might take two to four days.

We’re a small team, but we get your purchases to you as soon as possible. We pack every day and the courier collects all items at 3.15 pm. If you order before 3.00 pm, your items will be sent that very same day. If you order in the afternoon after 3.00 pm, they’ll be shipped out the next working day.

Realized that you chose the wrong model, color, size or quantity? Email us as soon as you can. Our packages go out the door fast, but if you can catch us quickly we’ll happily change the order for you. If there’s an additional cost, the item won’t be shipped until this is paid

Parcel Returned Unclaimed - If the parcel returned unclaimed, we would charge $5.99 redelivery fees for Non-Rural address and $9.80 for Rural Addresses. If you want to cancel the order, this amount ($5.99 or $9.80 depends on the address we have sent the parcel) will deduct from the original amount.
